Kevin is a graduate of business from Ryerson University specializing in
marketing. He joined Hectare Real Estate in 1991 and has successfully
completed in excess of 1000 transactions. Kevin specializes in the sale
and leasing of commercial, industrial and investment properties in the
Greater Toronto Area. In 2005 Jason Vance joined Kevin and are now the
top team in Hectare in all three categories tracked (gross commissions
earned, most transactions and highest deal value).
His dedication and experience make him a valued agent in the industry
and with his clients. Kevin has built his client base through hard work and
honesty. A substantial portion of Kevin’s business comes from repeat
